FFL Transfers

Before initiating the transfer process, it’s essential to get in touch with The Gun Pantry LLC to inform them about your intention to transfer a firearm. You can reach out to them via phone 833-486-7463 or email info@gunpantry.com to discuss the details of the transfer and any specific requirements they may have.

Step 2: Gather Required Information

To facilitate the transfer process, we will need to gather some essential information, including:

• Your personal details (name, address, contact information)
• Details of the firearm you intend to transfer (make, model, serial number)
• Any pertinent documentation related to the firearm (purchase receipt, ownership documents)

Having this information readily available will streamline the transfer process and ensure everything moves smoothly.

Step 3: Arrange for Firearm Shipment

Once you’ve coordinated with The Gun Pantry LLC and gathered all the necessary information, you’ll need to arrange for the shipment of the firearm to their location. Ensure that you comply with all federal and state laws regarding the shipping of firearms to avoid any legal complications.

Step 4: Visit The Gun Pantry LLC for Background Check

Once the firearm has been delivered to our location, you will need to visit The Gun Pantry LLC to complete the transfer process. Below are the fees for the transfer:

• FFL Transfers:

  • Private transfers (person to person): $30 per firearm

  • Internet transfers:

    • Standard non instock item: $30.00

    • Instock items: $50.00

    • PSA (Palmetto State Armory): $70.00

    • Active Military or Law enforcement: $20

  • NFA:

    • Items purchased from us no additional fees, free finger printing and passport photos.

    • Items purchased from silencershop no additional fees

    • Items shipped to us $125 per item includes finger printing, passport photo and storage.

During your visit, you will undergo the required background check as per Pennsylvania state law. Once the background check is completed, and all necessary paperwork is processed, the firearm will be transferred to you legally.

Step 5: Complete Transfer Paperwork

Before leaving The Gun Pantry LLC premises, ensure that you complete all necessary paperwork related to the firearm transfer. This may include filling out a transfer form, providing identification, and signing any required documents.

Step 6: Take Possession of the Firearm

Once all paperwork is completed and the background check has been approved, you will be able to take possession of the transferred firearm.  If you are delayed on the background check for any reason, you will be notified once we have the approval and can schedule another day to pick up your firearm.
