The Gun Pantry LLC offers consignment of firearms that are in full working condition. All firearms will be tested before being offered for sale unless otherwise noted. All firearms brought in for consignment will have the serial numbers checked against stolen firearm databases, firearms will then be added to The Gun Pantry LLC firearm books as part of their inventory till the firearm is sold or the terms of the consignment end. If the firearm does not sell the original cosigner must come back in to pick up the firearm, the original cosigner must submit a 4473 and background check to receive the firearm back. If the original consigner does not pass the background check The Gun Pantry LLC can not return the firearm to them. The Gun Pantry LLC may decide to try to sell the firearm again for the original cosigner or the original cosigner can choose to pay a monthly storage fee for the firearm while they try to have the denial reversed. The Gun Pantry LLC may also submit an offer to the cosigner to take full possession of the firearm. Please see our store policies for more information on this process.
Cost per item:
- Long guns $15.00 plus 15% of the final sale price
- Pistols $15.00 plus 15% of the final sale price.

- 9% for listing at fix price on Guns.com

If multiple reasonable offers are declined by consignee The Gun Pantry LLC can terminate the contract at any time. The consignee will have 30 days to claim firearm, after 30 days they will be assessed a fee of 30$ per firearm per month till a period of 90 days where The Gun Pantry LLC will become the owner of the firearm.
If the consignment contract has expired it is the consignee responsibility to renew contract or pick up the firearm to avoid being charged 30$ per month for storage. Fees start the day after contract expires and will accrue for 90 days at which point the firearm or firearms become property of The Gun Pantry LLC.
