How to purchase a NFA item.
- If you are local and the item is in stock we have the capability to finger print you and submit your Form 4 and or assist you with your Form 1.
- If you are shipping us a NFA item from anywhere other then silencer shop there is a 125$ processing fee per item.
- If you purchase directly from us we wave the fees for finger printing and passport photos.
- If you are not local you will need to select a receiving FFL that has a SOT license. This license allows them to receive and transfer the NFA item to you.
- We will process a Form 3 transfer to them, this can take up to 3 weeks some times longer.
- The item will ship once it is approved.
- It is the receiving shop responsibility to process your Form 4.
- You must be 21 years old to purchase a NFA item.
