It is your responsibility to be sure that you are legally allowed to purchase a firearm. If you purchase a firearm from us online and do not pass the background check when you come to pick up your order, there will be a 25% restocking fee to cancel your order. If you order a firearm and it is shipped to your local FFL and you are denied there will be a 50% restocking fee plus cost of shipping both ways.
If you are local and believe the denial to be an error, we can issue you the appropriate challenge form and we will gladly hold your order until the challenge is resolved at a cost of 30$ per month. If approved, you may then pick up your purchase. If your challenge is denied, your order will be subject to the 25% restocking fee plus the storage fees.
